Hi guys Very Happy

Just thought id get a topic going on individual village strategies. obviously most of us have much left to do in terms of resources, buildings, units and technologies for our first building. Do people think its better to
-upgrade all the fields, pits, etc
-level 10 crannary
-level 10 palisade
-level 10 main building for build time bonus
-level 10 residence so another village can be started

Anyone think of any more??

Im personally leaning towards a level 10 residence but otherwise its all about the resource fields. Obviously

oh does anyone know what oasis's do Question

Apparantly whichever village the hero you use to take an oasis came from, gets a bonus in resource collection (so if it's a mountain area, you get more iron, that sort of thing).

I don't think you need a residence to start a new village, I think you build them in new villages to make them harder to conquer.

A residence or palace of level ten is needed to create settlers. Once three settlers are built they can the be used to found a new village. A hero level 10 or higher can also found a new village.

I have noticed that a lot of paople from our alliance are being raided I find that people will not stop raiding unless they are raiding you and are getting no crops. Extra crannies can be built ( more than one). Once you have a main building level 10 these can be destroyed along with any other buildings no longer needed.

I hope this of some use to the alliance members.

I think its best to build up your resource collection, build a small/medium defensive force and any resources aside go into the wall and after that any buildings which will have a really positive effect on your village
